How Much Do I Eat?

You probably hear this more than a thousand times, but I'll say it again: I eat a lot! Yes eating a lot can be bad for you, but eating in moderation is okay. I try not to eat a lot, but it’s difficult sometimes. Sometimes it's hard, especially if you're trying to lose weight.


When you eat in moderation, you will start feeling better about how you eat. You start to feel clean and new. As you start eating in portions, you will start to get hungry. That's where you can either eat a small snack or just drink more water to fill in the gap.


Water, to me, is the greatest drink made. Drinking a lot of water makes you go to the bathroom more, but there's so many different benefits of water. Water helps you clear your skin and gives it a glow.


I like drinking regular water, but sparkling water is the best. I know most people hate it and would rather drink soda. I stopped drinking soda and juice altogether about four years ago. I don't feel the urge to drink something sugary. The amount of sugar in soda is more than the daily recommended quantity of sugar.
