What I Eat Daily?

When people hear that I'm a vegetarian, they automatically think I don't eat much. This is not true. I eat a lot, but I eat healthy. Or I try, most times. I eat everything that you would eat accept for chicken or meat. The only animal I eat is fish or seafood.
Breakfast
For breakfast, I normally would eat a bowl of cereal or a bagel with cream cheese. Sometimes I would make a smoothie with Almond milk and two fruits and call it breakfast. Depending on how I feel in the morning, I would eat leftovers from the night before. By doing this, the leftovers would hold my hunger until lunchtime by 10:50 am.
Lunch
For lunch, I have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with fruits and maybe an extra snack. I eat all kinds of fruits, but daily, I eat green apples. I slice my apple, which is easier to eat. Sometimes I would have strawberries, blue berries, kiwis, pineapples, or Korean pears.
Dinner
For dinner, I have whatever my mother is cooking, minus meat. My mom would cook pasta, rice with beans, and Dominican foods like mangú, pastelón, and many more.
Dessert
For Dessert, I have ice cream or something small. If there's no ice cream, I don't eat anything after dinner.
